Starbucks Coffee Company

I spent $30 on 2 drink and 2 food items and i expected them to be good. I understand there are learning curves but if there’s something that needs to be corrected, do it properly. When i told them my caramel macchiato was meant to be iced they poured the hot drink over ice making it watery with no ice left in my cup and absolutely NO cold foam and NO caramel…. I wish I could get my money back because now I’m stuck with this disgusting $8 cup of coffee

i’ve been meaning to write this review since last week. i love this location everything’s always clean and the staff are open and friendly. but importantly i wanted to say.. the barista named ‘jere’ at this location is extremely radiant. i love his energy and his smile which he’s always doing. he just brightens my day each time a drive thru! he’s the best.

I just want to say how amazing the girls at this Starbucks are! They are always so sweet, friendly, and attentive. Every time I come in, they make me feel welcomed and taken care of. The manager has such a warm and positive energy — you can truly feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. It’s clear that she leads with kindness and that reflects in the whole team. Thank you for always making my visits so pleasant! 💕

I really enjoy going to the Starbucks in New Rochelle. I usually stop by while waiting for my son to finish basketball practice, and it’s always a great place to relax. The store is always clean, and the bathroom is extremely clean every single time I visit, which I truly appreciate. The customer service is also consistently great — the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I also love trying different drinks, both hot and cold. This time I ordered a latte, a chai latte, and banana bread, and everything was delicious. Overall, this Starbucks location is always a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend it!

This Starbucks is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Even though I’ve been a regular customer and have been ordering 30 minutes in advance, it still takes 15 minutes to prepare an order. I’m never in a rush but what did it today is that there’s a new barista which was VERY nice and did a great job, but the only other barista there that was training the new barista was VERY rude to the new barista and to ALL customers including myself. Please consider who you hire. Some people just don’t belong in a customer environment. Again, new barista was fantastic. Hire the other b
